Moritz is the General Counsel & Chief Governance Officer of the Klöckner & Co Group. In addition, he holds numerous positions in the statutory bodies of Group companies, amongst others, he is managing director of kloeckner.v GmbH. Prior to joining Klöckner & Co, Moritz worked as a lawyer for White & Case LLP in the fields of Corporate and M&A.
Daniel is Head of Strategy & Transformation and M&A at Klöckner. Before joining Klöckner in 2017 Daniel worked as a lawyer specialized in Corporate Law/M&A for an international lawfirm.
Alexander is Senior Manager Corporate Strategy/M&A at Klöckner. Before joining Klöckner in 2007 Alexander worked as Senior Analyst M&A at an M&A boutique in Frankfurt and as Auditor at EY Luxembourg after graduating with a degree in finance.
Christoph is a Legal Counsel at Klöckner with focus on M&A and Venture Capital as well as all matters of corporate law. Prior to joining Klöckner in 2018 he worked as a lawyer for an international law firm in Düsseldorf. Christoph studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and received an LL.M. from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
